Welcome To The Auction!
The Killick Coast Guiding district currently has 13 Guides and Pathfinders who will be attending Guiding Mosaic 2016, at the time of attendance they will range from age 12-adult. This will be the 13th Girl Guides of Canada-Guides du Canada national camp to be held since 1927. The 2016 Mosaic will be held at Camp Woods in Sylvan Lake, Alberta form July 9-17, 2016.
Guiding Mosaic 2016 is a national camp designed for 1,800 plus Canadian Pathfinders, Rangers and their Guiders. Approximately 100+ International girls and Guiders and 350 Core Crew members are anticipated to attend. The camp life will facilitate the development of life-long friendships for attendees in a wonderful setting. During camp challenges are transformed into opportunities for skills development, personal growth and leadership development.
The camp will deliver an inspiring and amazing camping experience that will excite, energize and enable girls to be confident, resourceful, and courageous and engage them to make a difference in the world while in a safe and inclusive environment. They will celebrate the heritage and diversity of Canada while providing an opportunity for international campers to showcase their nationalities and culture to Canadian Guiding.
Throughout 2014-2016 our Killick Coast Guiding district will be participating in various fundraising and community events which include: cookie sales, canteens at family fun days, parades, softball tournaments, recycling drives, craft sales, dances, ticket draws and online auctions, to name just a select few of our initiatives.
As a team of district guiding supporters, we very much appreciate those who give towards our not-for-profit cause and assist our girls in achieving their fundraising goals. We thank you in advance for your anticipated support.

Winning Bidder Payment Information
Winning bidders will be contacted at the end of the auction to make arrangements for payment and pickup of their items.

- Cash (In person only please with correct change)
- E-Transfer (details provided to winning bidders upon request)
Winning BidderItem Payment & Pickup:
Items will be available for pickup overy a variety of dates beginning Monday, September 28, 2015. Pick up locations will be arranged for the East End of St. John's and in Mount Pearl.
You can pay with cash or you can use your online e-transfer as payment.
All payments MUST be received on or before 6:00 pm. on September 30, 2015 or the item will be offered to next bidder.
Shipping of items can be arranged at an additional fee. Contact the Auction Administrator For Details.

Winners will be notified of their Win and must then contact the Administrator of this Event within 48 hours of receiving this win notificaiton; failure to do so means the item will be offered to the next highest bidder.
All payments MUST be received on or before 6:00 pm. on September 30, 2015 or the item will be offered to next bidder.
Winners must pay before or at pick up, payment can be made through cash, e-transfer e-mail address to be supplied to successful bidders.
If shipping is required instead of pick up, the Winner must pay regular Canada Post shipping rates in advance of shipment.
Pick up will be available in the East End of St. John’s and in Mount Pearl (exact locations will be provided to the Bid Winners).

Where can winnings be picked up?
Locations will be announced at the end of the auction. Pick up locations will be located in East End of St. John’s as well as in Mount Pearl
How can I pay for my item?
Payment may be made through e-transfer e-mail address will be provided to successful bidders or cash at pick up (please have the correct amount/exact change).
Can I pay cash at pick up?
Yes, cash is acceptable, but it must be the correct amount.
Can my winnings be mailed to me?
Yes, your item can be shipped using Canada Post. Regular Canada Post rates will apply and must be paid using e-mail money transfer prior to shipping.
Can I make a cash donation to the Killick Coast Guides/Pathfinders fundraising group without participating in the auction or in addition to the auction?
Absolutely! Donations may be made through e-transfer (this e-mail address will be provided upon request) or cash. We will obtain and provide donation receipts for any amounts over $10.00 upon request.
General Auction Information
- The time on this server will be used to determine the start and end times of the auction. This time may be off from your local time. Refer to the approximate time in the right hand side of this page.
- When the auction closes, all bidders will receive an e-mail regarding the status of the items they have bid on.
- The highest bid placed on an item, by auction close, is the winner. There can only be one winner per auction item. The auction administrator (group hosting the auction) agrees to sell the item to the highest bidder.

Once you have registered, a confirmation/activation will be emailed to you. You must click on the link in the email message to complete the registration process.
